LCI Engineers operates manufacturing facilities equipped to support a range of production needs. Our shop floors are organized for efficient, precise production of custom engineering solutions.

• Shop floor area: Two facilities in Bengaluru, India, with more than 10,000 sq. ft. of floor space.
• Electrical Capabilities:
  • Panels built in Rittal or other industry-standard enclosures, with NEMA, IEC, and IP ratings.
  • Relay, insulation-resistance, megger, and control-circuit functional testing.
  • High-voltage and insulation-resistance testing up to 11 kV and beyond.
  • Continuity testing for automation panels, plus programming support.
• Mechanical Capabilities:
  • Precision CNC machining and deep drawing.
  • Forging.
  • Sand casting in steel, gray iron, aluminum, and ductile iron.
